 2008 Nike-SPARQ-Velocity Soccer Summer Camp Series

Our four-day camp will consist of speed and agility as well as sport specific training with the following schedule:

9:00a.m.-9:30a.m. Introduction and Active & Dynamic Warm up

9:30a.m.-10:30a.m. Speed and Agility Drills

10:30a.m.-11:30a.m. Sport Specific Training

11:30a.m.-12:00p.m. Competitions and Wrap Up

One of these days will include SPARQ testing to give the athletes an opportunity to receive their national soccer ranking.  SPARQ testing will cover the 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, broad jump, and vertical jump.

All athletes are welcome to Gatorade as well as testing the latest Nike/SPARQ performance equipment and apparel.  Camp give-always includes; Nike-Velocity camp t-shirt, Velocity water bottle and poster, as well as other awards.

We are proud to partner with Cadillac Harris, Indian River High School Football Coach, and former Coach of Superbowl Champion Plaxico Burrass. Our four-day camp will consist of speed and agility as well as sport specific training with the following schedule:

9:00a.m.-9:30a.m. Introduction and Active & Dynamic Warm up

9:30a.m.-10:30a.m. Speed and Agility Drills

10:30a.m.-11:30a.m. Sport Specific Training

11:30a.m.-12:00p.m. Competitions and Wrap Up

We are proud to partner with Wayne Gomes, former pitcher for the Red Sox and Owner of the Virginia Baseball Academy.  Our four-day camp will consist of speed and agility as well as sport specific training with the following schedule:

10:30a.m.-11:30a.m. Sport Specific Training
