Description:

The Golf Program at Offense Defense Nike Sports Camps invites golfers of all levels to improve their game!  As an INTENSIVE GOLF PROGRAM, we attract those campers who are dedicated to learn!

Camper Benefits: 

v      5 to 6 hours of Golf Instruction per day. 

v      Morning Sessions take place on the driving range

v      Afternoon Sessions take place on 1 of 5 different 18 hole golf courses in the area. 

v      Golfers benefit from the skills taught at the driving range by using them on the course in the afternoon. 

v      Campers will visit at least 3 different top of the line, 18 hold golf courses per week!

Professionals: 

v      We are honored to have former LPGA pro, Patricia Gonzalez directing the Golf program at Offense Defense. 

v      Patricia started playing golf at age 15. She played on the Colombian National Team from 1978 to 1985 and won the major amateur tournaments in Colombia. She played collegiate golf at Texas A&M University in College Station, and won the 1982 AIAW All State Tournament as a freshman and also the 1985 SWC Championship Individual & Team as a senior. She turned professional in 1986 and was Rookie of the Year in the European LPGA. Her career low round was 65. She is a member of the English and Colombian PGA since 1987. She has worked in England, USA and Colombia and has been with Jim McLean Golf School since 2002.

Parent Benefits: 

v      As the owners are parents themselves, they understand the importance of supervision and security at camp.  ODSC owners, Mehdi and Maria Belhassan reside on campus with the campers and staff and require extensive criminal and sexual offender background checks on all employees.

Double Supervision: 

v      Most camps only hire 1 group of staff and therefore the coaches are also the counselors.  ODSC hires 2 separate staff: coaches AND counselors. 

v      This ensures that the staff members are not overly tired and are able to adequately watch over your children and the coaches are able to give 100% on the golf course daily!

Field Trips: 

v      ODSC is one of the only camps that offers OFF-CAMPUS, organized field trips on a nightly basis. 

v      Some of the activities are: Baseball Games, MLS Soccer Games, Lazer Tag, Water Country, 6 Flags, Bowling, Whale Watch, Trips to Downtown Boston, Quincy Market, Boston Duck Tours, Blue Man Group Shows and much more!

Mulptiple Sports:

v      ODSC is an intensive sports training camp with 5 sports in 1 location.  Many campers who play multiple sports enjoy mixing sports during their stay. 

v      While campers must play 1 sport per week, during multiple weeks they can choose to play: Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Lacrosse and Softball!

v      Even though Offense Defense NIKE Sports Camps Golf Program has an 80% camper return rate, they still felt that they could do better!  They have accomplished this by joining forces with NIKE GOLF CAMPS (US SPORTS CAMPS). 

v      NIKE is not just any other brand… NIKE is a whole way of thinking.  NIKE Golf Camps set the bar high when it comes to all aspects of camp: from teaching methods & hiring staff to the registration process and check in procedures.  Being a part of NIKE Golf Camps gives us the opportunity to meet with other Golf Camp Directors and bring together innovative ideas on how to make our camp #1!
